IMPORTANT TIPS

~ Keep good files.
~ Take lots of pictures and be sure to share them with the students
on monthly picture boards.
~ Get LEAP t-shirts for every member - high school and elementary
- ILN will provide for the first year.
~ Use name tags - sometimes making them part of the activity.
~ Use e-mail to communicate.
~ Develop "Plan B" activities and rehearse with team leaders.
~ Develop a plan for crowd control
~ Develop a plan for closure.
